The P-603 Water-based PU Leakage prevention Material is a copolycondensate produced using a mix of high performance water-based PU resin from overseas, imported high quality natural rubber filler and emulsified asphalt with superior water resistance.
Characteristics
Breathable material and can be applied to damp surfaces.
Has particularly good adhesion with cement so can be used directly as a soft-base for tile-laying.
Can be subjected to long periods of immersion in water without bubbling.
Has particularly good adhesion with asphalt and PU so these do not have to be stripped out but can be simply painted over.

Purpose
Waterproofing and maintenance treatment for rooftops,bathrooms, flower standards, basement exterior walls and courtyard gardens.
After the P-603 Water-based PU Leakage prevention Paint is applied, the surface can be coated on with P-701 or P-617 for waterproofing, thermal insulation and protection.
